If you are still unable to resolve, please send us an email at inclusive of a few photos and detailed description explaining the situation. We will work with you to determine the cause of the issue and find a resolution in a timely fashion. Note: faulty item must be kept on hand for assistance with warranty claims.

A 3-month warranty is offered on hardware, effective the day that your order was processed. This is non-transferable and only valid for first end user. Proof of purchase is required and must be from an Alair authorized dealer. 

Warranty is void if hardware has been tampered with or damaged from adaptations or adjustments.
