All orders placed on www.alairvaporizers.com will be processed and shipped by the following business day (pending credit verification). Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

We ship our packages using Canada Post.
Orders will take approx. 5 business days to arrive after processing, depending on the destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you complete your order on www.alairvaporizers.com, you will receive an email at the address you provided in your transaction. An email with a tracking number will be sent by Canada Post once your package is on its way to the address you provided. Need more information about your package? Send us a note or give us a call.

If you have any quality concerns or issues with arrival times, please contact us right away so that we can help make it right.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We will exchange or refund unopened products within 14 days from the date your order was processed. Defective products will be refunded or exchanged. Please note, we only provide one pre-paid shipping label per order for returns. If you do not hold on to the return label, you must cover shipping back to our offices for us to clean, inspect and see if the return is defective.
