Orders over $160 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $160 are charged a flat rate of $15.
Orders placed on alairvaporizers.com are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (pending credit verification). Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
If you have an issue with your product, please view our Alair Pen Care Tips & Troubleshooting guide. If you are still unable to resolve, please send us an email at email@example.com inclusive of a few photos and detailed description explaining the situation. We will work with you to determine the cause of the issue and find a resolution in a timely fashion.
A 6-month warranty is offered on hardware, effective the day that your order was processed. This is non-transferable and only valid for first end user. Proof of purchase is required and must be from an Alair authorized dealer.
All orders are shipped with a prepaid return label. Please hold onto this in the event that we ask you to return product to us for inspection. One shipping label will be provided per order – no exceptions. If shipping label is misplaced, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Warranty is void if hardware has been tampered with or damaged from adaptations or adjustments.
